Egg Tarts!
I like the custard portion of the egg tart! Just feel that the crust is slightly thin. I do not know if i prefer flaky crust over this harder version of crust. Well, is nice!

Nor hiong

thank you Ms Eileen for frying all the Nor hiong to golden brown.
This dish is often made during Chinese New Year and is everybody favourite dish!
We all love it 😀 The group has been so creative to do this tofu-mayonaise !

baked fish rice was really delicious !
