Concern with you are what you eat?

This is a good website to gauge whether you are eating and managing your weight well. It has all the information about food, nutrition and weight management.

You just have to be slightly more concerned as they are more associated with the American’s diet , body composition and the food society of course.

http://www.nutrition.gov/nal_display/index.php?info_center=11&tax_level=1&tax_subject=390

Once you  get the idea of weight management from the above website , you should look more closely into Singapore Health Promotion Board for their amazing ability to measure the energy and nutrient composition of singapore local foods!

From there you can track your calorie and fat intake and make absolute sure you are managing your weight and eating well.

http://www.hpb.gov.sg/hpb/ere/ere070101.asp –> This is the quick link to the energy and nutrient composition of your health tool.

I have done a food guide for a secondary school canteen and i used the health promotion board tools. This proves that this web tool from HPB is really brilliant!

A sample of the food guide pasted on the canteen stalls
